Green Chile with Poached Eggs
This is one of my favorite foods camping and at home. I can eat it for Breakfast or Dinner. Very simple and quick to make.
Stokes Green Chile w/Pork (one to two cans depending on how may are eating)
With a skillet or low wall pot, Add a can of Stokes Green Chile. Heat to med, add one to two eggs per person and cover. Eggs will poach in the green Chile. Once eggs are fully cooked place in bowl and include a warm tortilla for dipping up all the goodness.
